1. Agreement to Terms

• Payment must be received before your order is dispatched
• We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, digital wallets, and Cash on Delivery
• All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways
• For COD orders, payment must be made in cash to the delivery person

5.3 Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may return the product as per our Returns Policy.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control
• Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier
• It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information

7. Returns and Refunds

• Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached
• Certain items are non-returnable (custom items, innerwear, final sale items)
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
