Eligibility for Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and labels must be intact and attached
  • Items should be in their original packaging (if applicable)
  • Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (invoice) must be included

Return Process

  1. Log into your account and go to "My Orders"
  2. Select the order and click on "Return Item"
  3. Choose the reason for return and submit your request
  4. Our team will review and approve your return request
  5. We will arrange a free pickup from your address within 2-3 business days
  6. Once we receive and verify the item, your refund will be processed

Refund Timeline

After we receive and verify your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited to:

  • Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
  • Sutikala wallet or bank account (for COD orders)

Note: The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchange Policy

How Exchanges Work

You can exchange your item for a different size or color of the same product, subject to availability.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must meet all return eligibility conditions
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability
  • We arrange free pickup of the original item
  • The replacement item is shipped once we receive the original

Exchange Process

  1. Log into your account and go to "My Orders"
  2. Select the order and click on "Exchange Item"
  3. Choose the new size/color you want
  4. Submit your exchange request
  5. Our team will verify stock availability and approve the request
  6. We will arrange pickup of the original item
  7. Once we receive the original item, the replacement will be shipped

Exchange Timeline

The entire exchange process typically takes 7-10 business days from the time of pickup to receiving your replacement item. You will receive tracking information for your replacement order.

What if the exchange item is out of stock?

If your requested size/color is not available, we will notify you and offer the following options:

  • Choose a different size/color (if available)
  • Opt for a full refund instead
  • Receive store credit to use on any other product

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-made or personalized items: Any item that has been customized or personalized according to your specifications
  • Innerwear and intimates: For hygiene reasons, innerwear items cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Sale items: Items purchased during final sale or clearance events (marked as "Final Sale")
  • Gift cards: Gift cards and e-gift vouchers cannot be returned
  • Used or damaged items: Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged
  • Items without tags: Products with removed or damaged tags/labels

Important Information

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund without any questions asked. Please keep photos of the damaged item for documentation.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive a wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange to pick up the wrong item and deliver the correct one at no additional cost. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Cancellation After Shipping

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can refuse delivery and the item will be returned to us. A full refund will be processed once we receive the item back.

International Orders

International orders can be returned, but return shipping costs must be borne by the customer. Please contact our international support team for return instructions and shipping labels.

  3. Find the order you want to return/exchange
  4. Click on "Return" or "Exchange" button
  5. Select items and provide reason
