Eligibility for Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Have all original tags and labels intact
  • Be in original packaging (if applicable)
  • Return request within 7 days of delivery
  • Include proof of purchase (invoice)

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or full refund. Keep photos for documentation.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive a wrong item, contact us immediately. We'll arrange pickup and deliver the correct item at no additional cost.

Cancellation After Shipping

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. You can refuse delivery and the item will be returned to us for a full refund.

International Orders

International orders can be returned, but return shipping costs must be borne by the customer. Contact our international support for instructions.
